Position: Senior HR Project Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Role Overview: Play a key role in partnering with HR leadership to implement large-scale global projects and initiatives within Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage global HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; serve as a project management expert.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with IT to optimize project support tools.
• Work with Finance to track budgets and support decision-making.
• Equip HR colleagues with project management tools and best practices.
• Establish governance structures for project standardization and support.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Present project outcomes to HR leads and SteerCo.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, PMO, or Portfolio Management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading HR projects, preferably global.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong analytical skills.
• Comfort with technical systems and tools.
• Business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication across all hierarchy levels.
• Leadership qualities: leading, coaching, inspiring teams, promoting ideas, driving results, storytelling to executives.
• Strong background in project and portfolio management.
• Broad HR experience, ideally at the group level.
• Excellent presentation skills.
