Descripción del empleo

  • Develop analyses and reports on the evolution of the aggregates market at local and regional levels.
  • Prepare analyses and monitoring reports on the development of the client / supplier portfolio.
  • Generate reports and responses to various requests from relevant authorities concerning mineral resources.
  • Develop and enhance tools for monitoring product risks.
  • Daily management and recording of financial and accounting documents.
  • Check balances of suppliers and clients.
  • Analyze and verify accounting account balances.
  • Prepare and update the company's cash flow daily.
  • Handle payments and receipts from partners and allocate them to invoices.
  • Operate and verify account statements.
  • Archive documents electronically and physically.
  • Manage relationships with banks.
  • Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Required professional and technical skills :

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following languages : French, English, Spanish, Italian, German.
  • Higher education in an economic or technical field.
  • Relevant previous experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the mineral resources market and related legislation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (tables, formulas, pivot tables, graphs, data consolidation), PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP solutions (considered an advantage).
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Broad overview.
  • Focus on qualitative results and problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in relationships.
  • Ability to work in a team and openness to collaboration.
