Position : Leasing Manager, Madrid

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Leasing team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have :

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Leasing, preferably in Retail sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analysis skills with a good understanding of customer and business needs.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach prospective tenants to maximize occupancy in shopping centres.
• Analyze the viability of commercial proposals based on occupancy rates and profitability.
• Participate in community and regional activities relevant to the real estate sector.
• Prepare and submit leasing proposals after discussions with the Leasing Manager.
• Maintain accurate leasing reports and records of potential tenants.
• Lease available spaces in alignment with tenant mix strategies and property budget goals.
• Stay informed about economic conditions and current trends in the real estate leasing market.
• Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and their impact on commercial real estate marketing.
