Accountabilities :

1. Perform manual testing on web and mobile (iOS / Android) applications, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance aspects.
2. Simulate real user behavior to ensure features work in real-world scenarios.
3. Write and maintain detailed test cases and test plans, and document results with clear reports.
4. Track, analyze, and report issues using tools like Jira, providing insights to support bug resolution.
5. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
6. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to testing process improvements.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in manual QA testing.
2. Solid knowledge of testing across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
3. Familiarity with Postman, Chrome DevTools, and various test types (functional, regression, stress, API).
4. Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, MS SQL) is a plus.
5. Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, or other test management and CI/CD tools is advantageous.
6. Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and a passion for product quality.
