WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 200+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others.

What you will do

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on real user needs.
• Conduct concept validation through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
• Translate product specs and user stories into seamless, actionable visual designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers in an Agile environment to bring features to life.
• Build and maintain our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency.
• Communicate design rationale and user experience decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by staying up to date on trends, best practices, and tools.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a UX / UI designer (with a strong portfolio to prove it).
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
• Strong understanding of responsive design - especially for mobile applications.
• Prior experience working on SaaS products, ideally in B2B.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks and collaborating with Angular frontend teams.
• Experience in creating, evolving, and managing design systems.
• Deep empathy for users and a clear understanding of product usability and psychology.
• Eagerness to learn, iterate fast, and bring fresh design ideas to the table.
• German language skills are a plus, but not required.
