We are looking to hire a Regional Manager for our Pest Control Division. This individual is responsible for ensuring that customers remain at the centre of all operations. They will oversee the delivery of quality service and customer satisfaction, aiming to achieve and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) both externally and internally. They will manage customer interactions, prioritise customer needs, and implement a quality strategy in coordination with the Technical Director. The Regional Manager leads cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and quality to meet the region’s financial and performance objectives. They are responsible for driving regional profitability by setting sales targets, optimising service delivery, and overseeing budget adherence.
