Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Madrid or Barcelona responsible for developing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer goals and ambitions.
  • Identify strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities.
  • Develop customer success methodologies and lead team initiatives to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with various company departments.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years in Customer Success Management.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in B2B Customer Success preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in payments is a plus.
  • Background in project management or customer success with proven results.
  • Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
