IT Delivery Manager – IT Platform

Full Time | Hybrid | With Professional Experience

The group specializes in premium household appliances, commercial cleaning, financing solutions, and venture capital. With around 11,000 employees across over 60 countries, Vorwerk is a global leader.

Your responsibilities :

• Strategic Oversight : Drive a unified strategy for the IT Platform, align projects, foster collaboration, and ensure operational synergy.
• Budget & Cost Control : Lead cost management, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Project Coordination : Ensure seamless integration and governance across multiple projects.
• Contract & Vendor Management : Manage collaboration with external providers cost-effectively.
• IT Services Delivery : Oversee the delivery of IT services related to the new Vorwerk Assist AI landscape (based on MS Azure).

Github / DevOps

• Coordinate daily business relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance metrics and enforce service level agreements.

You offer us :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field, with relevant professional experience and further education or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Service Management, preferably in Cloud & IT Platform technologies, and in project or service delivery organizations.
• Experience working in IT product-oriented teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English (business level).
• Strong team player with lateral leadership skills and intercultural competence, experienced in international cooperation.
