The Opportunity

Our teams are organized into Tribes, each responsible for a specific product area, operating independently to address customer needs, create solutions, and ensure operational excellence. Engineers rotate between project teams and maintenance groups.

The Property Intelligence Tribe focuses on delivering insights for real estate decisions, including property valuation, market trend analysis, investment evaluation, and property management improvements. Its members develop the unique insights and intellectual property that power our products. The Tribe is a distributed team of engineers from 6 nationalities across 5 European countries.

As an applied Senior Data Scientist, you will work on ML systems that underpin our platform's core services. Your role includes designing, implementing, and maintaining Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) trusted by professionals for residential property assessment.

The Impact You Will Have

• Develop product features that directly contribute to revenue growth, as our valuation models are key selling points.
• Balance cost and value to make decisions that benefit customers while managing expenses.
• Design solutions effective across over 10 countries, considering local specifics.
• Lead projects from conception to launch, collaborating with temporary engineering teams.
• Drive the team to deliver high-quality products, services, and processes.
• Enhance the performance and cost-efficiency of ML models and pipelines at scale.
• Maintain and monitor ML systems owned by your team.

Requirements
