Main Tasks
  • Visit installers or key customers in Iberia regions, promote current Huawei promotions, and guide installer community registration.
  • Answer daily questions from installers on site. If questions cannot be answered immediately, collect and report them to the internal department for solutions.
  • Publicize new product launch information to installers and highlight key selling points.
  • Win back installers to use Huawei products and develop ongoing relationships to maintain contact with them.
Background and Previous Experience
  • Sales background, preferably with 1-2 years of PV industry experience in distribution or installation.
Requirements
  • Business-oriented, self-motivated, willing to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to learn quickly; engineering and technology background, with knowledge of power supply and mechanical fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude and openness to an international environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Independent, well-structured work style with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
