We are seeking a Sustainable Sourcing Manager to join our Environmental Sustainability team. The role includes:

1. Developing and implementing sustainable sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Collaborating with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and supply chain sustainability.
3. Leading projects on soil regeneration, regenerative agriculture, and nature-based solutions.
4. Conducting environmental impact assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
5. Securing funding opportunities for sustainability initiatives.
6. Working with internal teams, especially procurement, and external partners on sustainability projects.
7. Monitoring and reporting on sustainability metrics and progress.
8. Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
9. Educating and training suppliers and internal teams on sustainability standards.

Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in sustainable sourcing or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices, agronomy, and impact assessments.
• Experience in project management and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with funding opportunities and grant applications.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, innovative, with a passion for sustainability.
• Data analysis skills to generate actionable insights.
• Additional qualifications such as a Master's degree, experience with regenerative agriculture, certifications in sustainability, or food industry experience are a plus.
