• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (mid-level or above preferred).

What you’ll do

• Create visual assets such as icons, social media templates, and branding elements
• Implement rebranding tasks following new guidelines and visual styles from Dumbar
• Ensure all materials align with the brand’s aesthetics and quality standards
• Design posters, promotional items, and visuals for marketing and communication
• Collaborate with internal teams, design agencies, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive brand experiences

Technical skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (mid-level or above preferred)
• Excellent taste, style, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• English proficiency at B2+ level for effective international collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience in branding or rebranding projects
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to engage deeply in visual identity projects under tight deadlines
