A leading global professional services network seeks an Instructional Designer Manager for an 8-month contract. The Instructional Designer Manager is responsible for project management, document design, and providing insights and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms. This role focuses on designing leadership development programs for professionals in our network.
The role involves working across areas such as culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning projects. Culture is a key differentiator and supports the network’s strategic focus on developing an adaptive, agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture to foster trust and support sustainable growth.
This is a temporary global role (8-month contract) requiring flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
