The Instructional Designer Manager is responsible for project management, document design, and providing insights and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms. This role focuses on designing leadership development programs for professionals in our network.

The role involves working across areas such as culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning projects. Culture is a key differentiator and supports the network’s strategic focus on developing an adaptive, agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture to foster trust and support sustainable growth.

This is a temporary global role (8-month contract) requiring flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Design instructional materials, manage projects, and contribute to leadership programs.
  2. Create and document leadership programs for all organizational levels.
  3. Conduct assessments to identify leadership development needs.
  4. Design processes, learning modules, communications, research papers, and reports.
  5. Analyze and interpret data, providing insights and action plans.
  6. Develop projects on leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness aligned with network strategy.
  7. Collaborate with internal and member teams to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
