Current Opening: Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a senior backend developer with solid knowledge of Java. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex architectural projects and managing large data repositories.

2. Inspire, motivate, and lead senior and junior developers.
3. Work closely with our design team and clients to deliver beautiful, thoughtful, and effective work that impacts our clients' businesses.
4. Develop and evolve client projects.
5. Propose and follow high-quality development practices.
6. Prioritize code improvement tasks and execute them collaboratively.
7. Contribute ideas and knowledge to improve our team and processes.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5+ years of experience in software development with Java.
2. Knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
3. Passion for software engineering and craftsmanship in coding.
4. Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and software architecture.
5. Significant experience with Java, understanding its strengths and weaknesses.
6. Experience in exposing APIs.
7. Solid understanding of SQL and good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and other databases like Redis and MongoDB.
8. Solid knowledge of Git, Linux environments, and command-line tools.
