We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to contribute to Developer Productivity, with a focus on Test Platform Engineering. Our team's flagship platforms provide lightweight test frameworks for every layer, synthetic identities, test data seeding, endpoint mocking, and overall testing infrastructure. These tools enable Affirm Engineering Teams to perform automated, deterministic testing with consistency across locations. Additionally, we support our partner teams in conducting exploratory testing, allowing us to collaboratively evolve our ways of working.

What We Look For :

Location - Remote Spain
