We are seeking a Vendor Manager to join the Infrastructure Services Unit to work with International Organizations in a dynamic setting that fosters professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining relations with major vendors , distribution channels, and partners across Europe for Hardware, Software, and services.
• Managing existing partnership agreements and establishing new ones.
• Participating in architectural definition and creation of Bill of Material for large IT Infrastructure projects.
• Participating in Tenders for international organizations and defining prices .
• Contributing to Data Center related projects alongside Infrastructure Architects.
• Defining, assessing, and coordinating consultancy projects for IT Infrastructure .

Requirements

• Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Must be eligible for EU-SECRET clearance .
• Availability to travel for short periods.
