What is your mission?
- Respond to and address customers' problems in a timely manner utilizing our support system
- Support customers in high-quality, engaging, and empathetic 1:1 discussions. Troubleshoot technical issues if required.
- Utilize proprietary and external tools and resources to identify and resolve customers' inquiries
- Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience
- Understand the technical backend and operations of our project
- Improve and expand technical knowledge and familiarity with technical issues to better assist customers
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to ensure effective implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possesses strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Ability to multitask and use customer information to tailor responses and actions.
- Strong communication skills, with emphasis on effective listening, empathy, and good phone etiquette.
- Proficient in daily computer and mobile phone usage (e.g., email, basic troubleshooting, app installation, payments).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supporting market's language.
