About the Company : Dentsu and Santander are partnering to drive growth and prosperity by helping Small and Mid-sized Businesses access International Trade through a global platform and ecosystem of expertise, insight, and connections. This role is key to our platform’s launch and success.

Position Overview

We seek a proactive B2B Social Media Lead who is strategic and hands-on. You will build networks, engage with stakeholders, and drive business growth via social media, focusing on networking, engagement, and lead generation. Experience with Chambers of Commerce is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute social media strategies for B2B networking and growth on LinkedIn, Twitter, and forums.
  2. Participate in industry discussions, communities, and groups to connect with potential clients and influencers.
  3. Engage in real-time networking with decision-makers and professionals to promote offerings and generate leads.
  4. Build and maintain industry contacts using social media and events.
  5. Align social media activities with sales and lead strategies.
  6. Engage with local and global business communities, especially through Chambers of Commerce.
  7. Implement campaigns to generate leads and attract subscribers.
  8. Develop a pipeline from social interactions and convert opportunities into results.
  9. Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey via social media.
  10. Create and share content tailored for B2B audiences to foster discussions and connections.
  11. Participate in online events to increase visibility and relationships.
  12. Promote and engage in events like trade shows and networking meetups.
  13. Coordinate with teams to develop event-specific social media strategies.
  14. Generate buzz and facilitate interaction during events.
  15. Monitor, measure, and report social media performance using analytics and KPIs.
  16. Adjust strategies based on data to improve results.
  17. Provide insights for strategy refinement.
  18. Enhance brand presence through thought leadership content and influencer engagement.
  19. Seek opportunities for company features in industry discussions and events.
  20. Build relationships with partners and industry organizations to expand reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related; certifications are a plus.
  • 5-7 years in B2B social media, lead generation, and networking.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, familiarity with Chambers of Commerce beneficial.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and social tools for business results.
  • Proven lead generation and growth success via social media.
  • Excellent content creation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to engage stakeholders.
