Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for software delivery, translating product line roadmaps into actionable items (features, user stories) for each product/squad.
  2. Manage priorities and resources within the squad and resolve conflicts with other teams.
  3. Own the release/delivery plan of the software product/program.
  4. Create and prioritize the backlog of user stories, leading sprint planning sessions.
  5. Align software development with the Product Director, including contributing user stories to program features.
  6. Refine the User Story Backlog to prepare stories for development.
  7. Support engineering teams by analyzing and resolving blocks and dependencies.
  8. Ensure all User Stories meet the 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' criteria.
  9. Guarantee the required level of test automation.
  10. Support country implementations by providing necessary skills at each project stage.
  11. Drive development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
  12. Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, Cloudfront, and DynamoDB.
  13. Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content (JSON-LD, schema.org), and localization workflows.
  14. Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking via tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Mandatory Requirements

Experience with headless CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) integrated with modern frontend frameworks. Familiarity with decoupled architectures and coordinating frontend/backend delivery. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive delivery under pressure.
