Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities :
  1. Project Manager and Business Analyst for internal project
  2. Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
  3. Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
  4. Identify requirements and ensure project objectives and outcomes are met as a business analyst, working with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams.
  5. Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
  6. Support daily operations and onboarding/training of Production Partners.
Experience :
  • Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
  • Knowledge of global, customer-centric service operations, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
