ODEON Tours was founded in 1992 and has subsidiaries operating in Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

The services offered include :

• Transportation and reception services
• Customized services
• Guidance and tour services
• MICE and group organizations

ODEON Tours provides a wide range of tourism products in these countries, catering to all segments of tour operators both within and outside the group.

A central structure called "Destinations Management Center" has been established to meet the product and service needs of the tour operators and maintain quality standards across all destinations. This center offers accommodation for guests of the Group's tour operators and partners in approximately 35 countries where the Group has no subsidiaries, supervising the provision of high-quality services.

We are seeking a "Quality Assurance Specialist" to work at Odeon Spain Office with the following qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduated from engineering faculties, preferably Industrial Engineering
• Good command of English
• Strong analytical, planning, reporting, and organizational skills
• Effective use of MS Office applications
• Not related to military service (for male candidates)
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel
• Possession of a valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities :

• Establishment and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System within the organization, ensuring compliance with standard requirements.
