Formación

• Experience in Production or R&D within the food industry is a strong advantage.

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for production control and programming, serving as a key support to the Production Supervisor. This role ensures the implementation of production plans while maintaining quality, food safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection standards.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Guarantee adherence to the production schedule by analyzing work systems and methods.

Improve production performance and health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with both company policies and government regulations.

Train production operators in machinery operation, format changes, and preventive maintenance as needed.

Complete documentation and process reports, aligning them with process monitoring.

Perform mechanical adjustments and measurements on hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, interpreting general diagrams and technical specifications.

Ensure all daily operations comply with company requirements and meet safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Conduct production line checks at the start of production cycles.

Apply voluntary food safety management standards and understand their requirements.

Qualifications:

• Advanced diploma in Food Industry Processes and Quality, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical / Biotechnological Production.
• Experience in Production or R&D within the food industry is a strong advantage.

Solid technical knowledge of machinery and production lines.

• Hands-on approach, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to unforeseen challenges.
