We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our dynamic team focused on electric powertrain (ePWT) technologies. The ideal candidate will support project management, testing activities, and technology trend analysis within the ePowertrain perimeter. Join us in shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Project management and coordination activities (projects, timing, schedule & reporting).
2. Knowledge of ePWT perimeter, operation, and components.
3. Analyze and report on technology & market trends related to ePowertrain.
4. Vehicle evaluation and reporting of test drive results or benchmarking activities.
5. Planning, preparation, measurement, analysis, and reporting of vehicle ePWT tests.
6. Prepare presentations on European ePowertrain trends and main components across OEMs / suppliers.

YOUR PROFILE :

1. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electric, Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination with autonomous and proactive management skills, and ability to implement improvements.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test data.
4. Excellent communication and management skills at all levels, with leadership in planning, analysis, and reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
7. Availability to travel occasionally for project testing and management.
8. Valid driving license (minimum B category).

1. Experience in automotive engineering services and ePowertrain technologies, with strong component and system knowledge. Confidentiality and professionalism in document handling.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills, results-driven mindset, and capability to analyze technical data and generate reports.
