Main Responsibilities

  • CRM Management :

Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive customer retention.

Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data, segment audiences, and personalize communication for targeted campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business processes.

  • Digital Product Development :

Oversee the development and maintenance of digital products, including websites and mobile apps.

Work closely with the development team to ensure user-friendly interfaces, optimal functionality, and alignment with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital product improvement.

  • Marketing Campaign Execution :

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and other online platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting :

Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Generate regular reports and present insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and success.

  • Collaboration and Communication :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of digital strategies.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive successful digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated at least 10 years in digital management, CRM, and digital product development.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Updated knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
