WHO WE ARE : Iris Global is the Assistance company of the Santalucía Group.

JOB MISSION : Provide assistance to policyholders and coordinate emergency situations during their travels, ensuring service and coverage.

VACANCIES : We have 9 vacancies for two shifts :

  • Night shift : Monday to Friday, 22 : 00 to 8 : 00
  • Afternoon shift : Monday to Friday, 13 : 15 to 21 : 00

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY :

  • Answering calls and collecting necessary information from customers / insured.
  • Coordinating cases with providers or internal departments for policyholders.
  • Familiarizing with case details and policy terms.
  • Organizing logistics with external providers or internal departments to ensure excellent service.
  • Managing documentation, closing files, and ensuring accurate billing.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Languages : Spanish (spoken and written, advanced level C1), bilingual in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Minimum education : High School Diploma; university education desirable.
  • At least 12 months experience in travel assistance companies.
  • Knowledge of insurance customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Education in Tourism is valued.
