Formación

About the Job

Mission: The LRRS team’s missions include leading the LRR stream of OFS migrations, designing and building systems for LRR processes, rationalizing existing solutions, supporting and administering systems, managing incidents, communicating with stakeholders, contributing to training and change management, and continuously improving LRRS services.

The analyst position is part of the dedicated LRRS team within the FRESH EMEA Hub, which provides resources and expertise for prioritized tasks and projects. The hub operates within the Oxygen Platform, covering Lisbon and Madrid, under the "Extended Team" model with clear functional reporting lines.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Local Regulatory Reporting solutions (e.g., WKFS, CoreLRR, Report Generator)
  • Deploy LRR solutions for international entities across regions
  • Analyze LRR processes, including system architecture, manual tasks, and report inventory
  • Define solutions aligned with OFS and LRRS architectures
  • Specify requirements based on business needs and prioritize in agile backlog
  • Develop testing strategies, user manuals, and training materials
  • Maintain documentation and support decision-making in governance bodies
Requirements

The candidate should ensure functional support, deliver high-quality work, and meet the following criteria:

  • Educational background in Business, Finance, or Engineering with relevant certifications
  • 3-6 years of finance experience in banking, including knowledge of IFRS and finance systems
  • Fluent in English; French and other European languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Business Object, COGNOS, SQL
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills
