• Design, build, and evolve a world-class ML Ops platform that empowers Data Scientists and benefits EFG's Business teams.
• Shape the architecture and technical execution of a greenfield ecosystem.

Serve as a Tech Leader

• Understand customer needs deeply through relentless questioning.
• Partner with stakeholders and promote adoption of our data platform.
• Contribute to the team’s technical strategy, prioritization, and delivery.
• Maintain high standards for documentation, testing, resiliency, monitoring, and code quality.
• Simplify code, infrastructure, and data models for efficiency.
• Lead design sessions, code reviews, and operational processes, inspiring and guiding team members.

Excel as a Senior Engineer

• Write well-documented, reusable code that captures essential solutions.
• Break down ambiguous problems into multi-tool solutions.
• Design complex architectures integrating multiple services and SaaS tools on GCP.
• Focus on reducing costs and technical debt regularly.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in building scalable, reproducible ML workflows and deploying ML systems with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GCP, Kubernetes, and real-time inference systems.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Leadership in architecting mature ML systems delivering business value.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle tools such as MLFlow, Feast, Ray.io, and Evidently.ai.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, FastAPI, and containerization for production ML services.
