We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. This role is pivotal in driving our next phase of growth and impact.

What you'll be doing:

As we scale Sama, your success begins with new business development. Be prepared to act as the CEO of your territory, responsible for finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.

You will own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive
  • At least 3 years of B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience selling directly to HR / L&D
  • Proven track record in 360-degree sales (sourcing to closing)
  • Experience selling to US, UK, or Ireland markets
  • Enjoy working in a startup environment
  • Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written
