We're Rindus, a People company. Since 2017, in close collaboration with our German partners, we've been helping shape their software development teams, driven by our growth mindset.

C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe. We are currently working with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will be part of a distributed team, working from our office in Málaga, Spain, or remotely from home.

Following an intensive selection process, Anaplan's planning software was chosen for financial planning. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out across all planning scenarios in the financial and business navigation areas. This project involves support from Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be developed to maintain and further develop the software independently. The current team includes an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist. We are seeking a Senior Anaplan Consultant to complete this team.

You will support the implementation project alongside our internal team and external partners.

Your responsibilities include owning the configuration and maintenance of centralized models and Data Hub, managing the data dictionary, and serving as the final support level for defect resolution.

You will create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic that underpin the application's functionality.

You will develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.

You will integrate data from various sources into the Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

You will test and validate the model to ensure it meets business requirements and performs as expected.

This role involves collaboration with external service providers and direct engagement with Anaplan.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, particularly in finance and ideally within the retail industry.

A strong professional understanding of financial planning is essential.

You should have a good understanding of the company's business processes and data flow.

Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, openness to agile methodologies, and the capacity to work independently and proactively are required.

Experience in project work and project management support is also important.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.

You will be part of a dynamic, highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.

This is a remote position.
