We are looking for an / a IT Support Specialist Salesforce

This role involves providing second-level support to our users and customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues, along with various other tasks.

Previous Technical Experience (+2 years):
  • 2+ years of technical experience with CRM (Salesforce) leads & opportunities
  • Salesforce technical knowledge; SysAdmin required, not only end-user knowledge
  • Experience with APIs, Microservices, Cloud Environments, and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) is a plus
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence or similar tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of cloud IT architectures and landscapes
  • Knowledge and/or certification in AWS
  • Advanced SQL queries, including scripting for automation
  • Experience with read/write SQL queries in tools like SQL Developer Oracle or similar
Conditions:

Modality: FULL REMOTE

Timetable: Service from 7h-20h (shifts from 7h-16h or 11h-20h) and Saturdays from 8h-16h
