Role Overview :

We seek an experienced RPA Developer with at least 3 years of experience and fluent German language skills to join our team. If you are passionate about software development, possess strong analytical skills, and are fluent in German, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business processes and develop automation solutions that improve efficiency.
• Document RPA processes and solutions, ensuring code quality and bot operability.
• Monitor and maintain production bots, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and support users.

Required Skills :

• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in German for client and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Minimum Requirements :

• Advanced proficiency in German (oral and written).
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing RPA solutions with platforms like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Additional Knowledge :

• Experience with bot creation and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Understanding of system integration tools, APIs, and web services.

Salary & Benefits :

Salary range: €30,000 - €42,000 depending on experience and training.
