As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution.

What you will be doing?

  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries professionally and skillfully.
  • Empathizing with customers, analyzing their problems, and offering individual solutions.
  • Providing omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

What skills & experience will you bring to us?

  • Fluent level of Turkish with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive problem-solving approach.

What do we offer?

  • Start date: 23rd of September
  • Contract: Temporary (3 months with a 1-month probation)
  • Full-time: 39 hours/week
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives
  • Holidays: 2 days accrued per month / 24 calendar days per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 additional day in lieu
  • Hybrid work: 3 days/month in the office, rest working from home
  • Training: 2 weeks of full-time training in-office
