Sprinklr’s Legal Department is seeking a Legal Counsel based in Spain (Madrid offices or remote within Spain) to support our operations. You will collaborate closely with Sprinklr’s global legal team.

Key responsibilities :

  • Manage, draft, and negotiate various company contracts, including NDAs, SaaS Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Partner Agreements, and Vendor Agreements.
  • Develop and implement standard templates, forms, and processes.
  • Provide training to sales and services teams on processes, compliance, and new legislation.
  • Advise sales executives and management on contractual obligations and interpret terms and conditions.
  • Assist different teams across the company in mitigating legal risks.
  • Handle additional project-based work within the scope of the legal department as needed.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified :

  • At least two (2) years’ experience as a corporate attorney providing legal advice and negotiating agreements in a software, technology, or start-up environment, preferably with an international company. Relevant internships will be considered.
  • Proven success working with sales teams in customer negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of contract law and software contract requirements, with strong SaaS negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, common sense, and a sense of humor.
  • Customer-service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships across various business lines and empathize with advisees.
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute positively to the team, working independently in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing responsibilities to manage a large workload under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, and English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, staying updated on relevant legal developments, especially EU data regulations.
