Formación

J-Tec Material Handling is the process engineering business unit of the group, offering material handling and process engineering solutions to the industry market leaders in the chemical and food industries all over the world. Position: Dedicated Warehouse Team Leader

As a dedicated warehouse team leader, you will work closely with a motivated team of warehouse operators and provide day-to-day guidance. You will report to the head of construction and work together to continuously improve warehouse operations. The warehouse team leader possesses a hands-on mentality by assisting the warehouse operators in ongoing tasks, based on priority and workload.

Tasks:

  • Ensure that everyone in the team executes their tasks correctly and efficiently, providing the necessary instructions and tools.
  • Follow up on operations closely and ensure that KPIs are met.
  • Regularly report to the head of construction and implement actions for continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example; working alongside warehouse operators gives you energy.
  • Maintain a helicopter perspective and manage resource scheduling.
  • Make clear decisions and communicate them effectively.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a technical degree from higher education (Bachelor) or relevant experience.
  • Experience with managing and organizing mechanical construction, including corresponding materials, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Enjoy working in a team and consulting with colleagues.
  • Organizationally strong and work in a structured way, allowing efficient administration processing with MS Office, SharePoint, and other internal programs.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Experience with forklift operations and/or construction activities is an asset.
