Founded in 2007, it offers a user-friendly interface for booking and managing ocean and air freight services. iContainers enables companies and individuals to compare shipping rates, book FCL, LCL, and air shipments, and track cargo in real time, providing greater transparency and efficiency in the logistics process.

In this role, you will develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to attract new business, promote our logistics solutions, and drive qualified leads to our sales team across all our business verticals. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills who can effectively manage multiple campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and direct outreach.

Your Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution : Design and implement targeted outbound marketing campaigns highlighting our logistics services, such as ocean freight, air freight, domestic shipments, tracking in the US, shop and ship, returns management, international relocations, and e-commerce, using email, cold calling, direct mail, and social media.
  • Cold Outreach & Follow-Up : Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry, introduce them to our vertical solutions, and qualify leads for further sales engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing : Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify target industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, e-commerce) and decision-makers (e.g., supply chain managers, operations directors) for outbound campaigns, generating and nurturing qualified leads.
  • Set Campaign Goals & Track Performance : Monitor and analyze campaign success using KPIs such as open rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for strategy improvements.
  • Manage Campaigns in Marketing Tech Stack : Use CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft) to manage prospect databases, track interactions, segment leads, and follow up.
  • Event & Webinar Promotion : Support outbound marketing initiatives around logistics conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events, including targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
  • Social Media Management : Manage social media channels, primarily LinkedIn for B2B, becoming a LinkedIn champion. Recommend and manage other channels based on business verticals.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, logistics operations, and product development teams to align marketing efforts. Collaborate with PPC managers for ad campaigns and with content creators for compelling content.
  • Tooling Research : Stay updated on outbound marketing tools that can support business objectives.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services
  • Experience with B2B outbound marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent communication skills for industry-specific messaging
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and email platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation techniques specific to logistics
