Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace technologies.
• Proficient in software deployment and lifecycle management.

Descripción del empleo

Digital Workplace Consultant to support the transition and development of independent Digital Workplace services. This role acts as the key technical liaison between business users and IT service delivery, ensuring smooth operation and migration of end-user technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and triage Digital Workplace service requests.
• Provide initial technical analysis and escalate as needed.
• Document requirements, issues, and solutions.
• Support technical assessments and migration planning.
• Develop proof of concept solutions for a new workplace infrastructure.
• Assist in the transition from shared to independent IT services.
• Track and report on service and migration progress.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years in Digital Workplace technologies.
• Experience with Windows / macOS device management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Enterprise voice and communication systems.
• Strong skills in software deployment and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with IT service management (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience in IT separation or migration projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
