The Role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive to join our remote EMEA team. Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound requests from prospective clients in EMEA and converting them into paying customers using various sales techniques.

What You Will Do
  • Manage inbound inquiries (calls, emails, demos, meetings) from potential customers within your territory.
  • Assist customers in solving complex problems using Ideals' internal tools and techniques.
  • Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining compliance with sales processes.
  • Present products through online and offline demonstrations.
  • Gather and share market insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide an outstanding buying experience.
  • Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified or lost deals to convert them into customers.
What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of experience in a full sales cycle role within a SaaS tech environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, demonstrating enthusiasm.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Quick learner capable of processing new information about products, business, and customer needs.
  • Strong skills in problem identification and handling objections.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling financial products or services.
  • Additional language skills.
