Business Development Manager Airlines and Airports

Amach is an industry-leading, technology-driven company headquartered in Dublin with remote teams in the UK and Europe. Established in 2013, we specialize in cloud migration, digital transformation, agile software development, DevOps, automation, data, and machine learning.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Airlines and Airports to drive strategic growth through new business development and relationship management with regional airlines and other aviation clients. The role involves acting as a key contact to help clients navigate our solutions and enhance their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and generate new leads via research, industry events, and networking within the regional airline sector.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create targeted campaigns to attract airline clients.
  3. Secure meetings with decision-makers at regional airlines or other clients and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing airline clients, serving as a trusted advisor for Digital, Cloud, and Data solutions.
  5. Engage regularly with airline stakeholders to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and position our solutions as preferred options.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our Digital, Cloud, and Data Transformation services within the aviation industry.
  7. Work with Pre-Sales, Solutions, and Legal teams to craft tailored client solutions.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding our presence in the airline sector.
  9. Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  10. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper invoicing and resolve billing issues.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, selling Digital, Data, or Cloud services.
  • Success in acquiring new clients and managing relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Digital, Cloud, and Data Transformation solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
