You will partner with hiring managers to shape our future in go-to-market, operations, and business teams, supporting our growth as one of Europe's most exciting product-led companies. We seek a generalist recruiter capable of supporting Product and Engineering hiring as priorities evolve.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) and operations roles.
Align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent using innovative sourcing methods.
Ensure interactions reflect n8n’s culture and values.
Enhance workflows for scalability and efficiency.
