Your Role

Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and delivering a premium experience? Join our Madrid team as an Inside Sales Specialist, where you'll drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. You'll understand clients' wellness goals and offer personalized solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound interactions with B2C customers, building long-term relationships, collaborating with the Field Sales Team to enhance our Omnichannel strategy, and providing market feedback.

Your Impact
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Generate leads to expand our CRM database.
  • Manage inbound interactions, understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships through outbound calls and generate new business.
  • Support Omnichannel initiatives by scheduling store visits with Field Sales.
  • Share market insights with relevant departments.
  • Oversee order-to-delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling when appropriate.
About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Satisfaction services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with CRM management; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
