El rol implica la entrega de servicios legales en diversas áreas, incluyendo la negociación de contratos y la gestión de disputas. Formación

• Abogado plenamente cualificado autorizado para ejercer en España.
• Más de 10 años de experiencia post-licenciatura, preferiblemente en sectores de Construcción, Energía o Medio Ambiente.
• Nativo en español.

Responsabilidades

• Entrega de todos los servicios legales para la zona, incluyendo asesoría legal en transacciones comerciales.
• Apoyar funciones comerciales y de adquisiciones, desarrollar políticas, redactar y negociar contratos.
• Gestionar disputas y participar en actividades de formación.

Descripción del empleo

Fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice law in Spain, holding a Master of Law degree or higher.

Ten (10) or more years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in an in-house environment, preferably in Construction, Oil & Energy, or Renewables & Environment sectors.

Native in Spanish.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Reporting Line

The role is part of the Global Legal Department (GLD) and reports directly to the Regional Legal Team (Iberia & Italy, Middle East & Anglophone Africa Region).

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversight & Delivery: Delivery of all legal services for the zone, including oversight of domestic and international bids, legal advice on commercial transactions, property, product issues, contract negotiation, claims, litigation, and transversal activities.
2. Key Accountabilities: Support local commercial and procurement functions, develop policies, draft and negotiate contracts, review tenders, monitor compliance, manage disputes, and participate in training activities.
3. Skills: In-depth understanding of in-house legal operations, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to work effectively in international teams, and adapt quickly.
