Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Customer Support Polish Speaking (m / f / d) at one of our locations in Spain :

  • Remotely within Spain

Your Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients regarding IT applications and systems.
  • Receive and process fault reports via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with customers to analyze errors and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Document requirements and issues in a ticketing system and escalate complex problems to the 2nd level support team.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by actively participating in enhancing support services and supporting the continuous development of our support team in an international environment.

What You Bring With You

  • Previous experience in IT customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain clarity and high service standards under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and Polish.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in shift work from Monday to Saturday (7 : 30 AM - 9 : 30 PM).
  • Availability for on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays.
