Join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on revolutionizing language services through AI / NLP and Machine Translation. Collaborate with Full-Stack Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and report to the ML Team Lead.

What does it take to work for LanguageWire?

What you’ll need to bring

• Expertise in Python and frameworks like Huggingface Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with Transformer-based neural models.
• Proven track record in training complex NLP neural networks on large datasets using multiple GPUs.
• Skill in developing and fine-tuning multilingual models.
• Awareness of ethical considerations and bias mitigation strategies in MT systems.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs) and Vector Databases.
• Management of SQL and NoSQL databases, BigQuery.
• Knowledge of CI / CD workflows, Terraform, MLOps, MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Proficiency with version control (Git), collaboration tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps), and performance optimization.
• Experience with data visualization and monitoring tools like Power BI, Grafana, Prometheus.

• Deep understanding of LLMs, evaluation metrics, tuning techniques like QLORA, DPO, and benchmarking.
