About the role :

The Sales Specialist is responsible for implementing the sales plan and developing sales of lubricant products in the designated territory, focusing on Auto FWS & OEMs. The goal is to meet sales targets and acquire new customers within the current sales portfolio.

Key Accountabilities :
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for Auto FWS & OEMs to meet objectives and promote growth.
  2. Manage existing customer accounts to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
  3. Conduct value chain and market pricing analyses to ensure profitability.
  4. Attract new customers through targeted sales initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotional activities.
  6. Manage budgets and ensure campaign execution aligns with plans.
  7. Implement sales promotions, training, and incentive programs for Auto FWS & OEM customers.
  8. Lead regional volume incentive schemes and branding activities.
  9. Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and identify opportunities and risks.
  10. Provide market insights and ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and ethical standards.
  11. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce and digital analytics platforms for territory management.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in customer and channel management, program activation, and offers.
  • Knowledge of products, services, customer segmentation, and channel strategies.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and understanding of contracts and deal closure processes.
