Improving South America, formerly Leniolabs_, is an international software development company with team members in Argentina, Chile, Spain, and the USA.

We collaborate on software development projects with our clients, working directly with teams mainly based in San Francisco, using remote and distributed work methodologies with tools like Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc. Our expertise is primarily in frontend development (React, JS, Angular 4+), with backend work in Ruby on Rails, Python, and NodeJS.

Job Functions

We are seeking React Developers SSR+ to join Improving South America and work on challenging international projects. Candidates should be proactive, collaborative, have a solid foundation in TypeScript , and experience working in teams.

As a Frontend Software Engineer (React) , you will develop, maintain, and optimize a globally impactful tech platform's frontend. You will collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to build efficient, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces. Knowledge of Python for API-related tasks is a plus for Fullstack contributions.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Over 5 years of web development experience.
• At least 3 years of React development experience (Essential).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Essential).
• Familiarity with React ecosystem tools : Redux, Context API, MobX.
• Experience with Next.js, SSR, and SSG.
• Experience in unit and integration testing using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
• API consumption skills : REST and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of CSS and design systems, including Atomic Design and modular development principles.
