Business Development Executive at Customs Complete (English Speaking)

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with an understanding of the customs and logistics industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies.
  • Driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Producing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
  • Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
  • Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities.
  • Regular meetings with Management to share success stories and discuss effective sales and business development strategies.

Requirements :

  • Sales Experience : Minimum 2 years of B2B sales.
  • Logistics Knowledge : Basic knowledge of sea, air, land transportation, and customs clearance operations is desired.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal teams is required.
  • Negotiation Skills : High negotiation skills are required for quotation negotiations and contract content adjustments.
  • PC Skills : Basic PC skills such as Excel and Word are necessary.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
