Marketing Community Lead (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Community Building & Engagement: Develop and manage a global marketing community, driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement through initiatives like weekly calls, summits, and internal forums.
2. Marketing Academy Development: Design and deliver a global Marketing Academy to upskill teams via tailored learning strategies, training programs, and performance tracking.
3. Veeva Implementation Support: Support the global rollout of Veeva, providing marketing expertise, training, and best practices for effective adoption.
4. Strategic Projects & Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to key marketing excellence projects, partner with cross-functional teams, drive change management, and monitor community success through reporting.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 5+ years’ experience in marketing, community management, project management, or marketing excellence roles.
3. Background in healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
4. Proven ability to build and lead marketing communities or knowledge-sharing platforms.
5. Experience organizing global marketing events, webinars, or internal academies.
6. Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment with cross-functional teams.
