Job Description:

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Italy and cover the Italian market. ChooseMyCompany is a French company founded in 2011, committed to improving work conditions and wellbeing by gathering employee opinions.

ChooseMyCompany offers a powerful SaaS platform that:

  • Gathers information on employee and client wellbeing
  • Analyzes data to provide clear insights
  • Identifies impactful measures to enhance wellbeing
  • Provides an engagement score for comprehensive reporting
  • Shares key organizational information, including on social media

Your mission will include:

  • Reaching prospects using our tools and networks
  • Engaging with HR ecosystems through forums, conferences, and events
  • Signing both Freemium and Premium customers
  • Converting Freemium users to Premium with demonstrations

You will significantly impact the company's growth and may participate in strategic decisions, with opportunities to expand in Italy and other countries.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 4 years of sales experience with successful outcomes
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and project management experience
  • European nationality or work permit eligibility in the country
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
Opportunity Details:

- Attractive compensation package with a fixed salary of €33K-€37K and variable €12K-€15K based on sales
