As a Senior Project Manager at Rho, you will lead cross-functional clinical research projects and teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality results. Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and develop execution strategies for each component
• Prepare project management plans and governance documents
• Implement operational strategies and risk management plans
• Manage project resources, assign tasks, and oversee vendors
• Handle project scope, recognize, and negotiate changes
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and tactical advice to team members
• Mentor, train, and orient team members
• Manage team dynamics and provide feedback
• Collaborate with clients for mutually beneficial solutions
• Participate in business development activities, including proposals and RFIs

Qualifications

• BS in life sciences or related field with at least 5 years managing clinical research projects
• Experience in CNS preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical research, scientific concepts, and regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH, etc.)
• Experience with on-site monitoring or managing CRA teams
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Integrity, honesty, and a collaborative spirit
• Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and responsiveness to change
