We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Commercial Capabilities for our Human Health Learning & Development division. This role offers a global opportunity to lead a team and drive transformational projects within the Human Health (HH) division at our organization.

As the Learning Director, you will be responsible for leading a team that develops innovative learning experiences to enhance the commercial capabilities and skills of employees within our Human Health division, including HH US, HH International, and HH Global Marketing. You will focus on key areas such as data and analytics, marketing strategy and engagement planning, digital marketing, market access and policy, and customer engagement. Your role will be pivotal in identifying critical capabilities for future commercial leaders and ensuring our employees are well-equipped.

You will work closely with senior leaders to identify learning needs as part of commercial transformation initiatives. You will oversee the design and development of learning solutions with internal and external experts and play a key role in preparing markets for deployment. Additionally, you will evaluate the impact of learning experiences on business outcomes.

As a member of the HH L&D leadership team in GL&D, reporting to the Executive Director of GL&D-HH, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within the Human Health division. Your main goal will be to develop critical capabilities that drive business success and foster an engaged workforce.

We seek candidates with a strong background in leadership and people management in Big Pharma sales, marketing, or Learning & Development. A bachelor’s degree with extensive related experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
